We provide in-house e-mail management training customised to your needs. Typically an interactive workshop will be provided for up to 16 people at a time and last for between 90 minutes and 2 hours. By holding 3 workshops in one day, you can have up to 48 people trained in better e-mail use. In addition we can provide 1:1 at desk support to reinforce learning and help with individual concerns. We use our own equipment and provide helpful handouts.We also arrange open workshops where you can send one or more participants to join a mixed group. These half-day workshops are provided in convenient and well-equipped locations and are priced very competitively at only £65 per participant. Contact us for the next available dates and venues.
