How do I use colours in Rules? Print E-mail

You can instruct Outlook to colour e-mails from or to specific correspondents so they stand out more, especially in the Inbox.  For example, e-mails from the Chief Executive could be in red, from the Finance Director in blue, etc.

The easier way is to highlight the e-mail, click on Tools, Organize, Using Colors.  Choose your colour and if it applies to incoming or sent e-mails.

Or you can click on Tools, Organize, Using Colors, Automatic Formatting.  Then Add, Condition and complete as necessary.
